Before accepting agents into our very rigorous and thorough new agent training program, our recruitment team analyze the new agents CV’s/ resume’s to check the agents previous experience and results, and only after undertaking satisfactory reference checks with previous employers, are new agents accepted into the training program
All agents are monitored using time tracking systems and other tools, to monitor their time worked and effectiveness, with the objective of providing the best possible results for our clients.

The Nomadux team has significant expertise and experience in managing virtual teams, and has all the processes and systems in place to ensure the effective management of our client’s agents to ensure that the objectives of their campaign are delivered and that their agents are producing excellent results so clients can rapidly receive a great ROI.
Each agent has a time tracking application that tracks their time and also monitors their activity whilst working at home, and detects if they are utilizing their time inappropriately. Additionally, Nomadux has built a solid Quality Control team that is dedicated to listening to and monitoring the agent’s calls, and providing feedback to both the agent and the client.
Further agent coaching and training are identified through the Quality Control monitoring process, therefore allowing the training team to customize the training needs for each agent, depending on their specific areas for development. This process delivers ensures both quality and performance standards are delivered to the client.

Our Invoicing policy
The first option is to pay for a 3-month upfront commitment for our services, and this payment will be paid in one installment. The reason for this to show commitment to the campaign, and for the set-up costs that are involved (recruitment and training costs and system set up for the campaign).
Option two is to split the payment into two installments, so the first installment would be paid initially, and then 6 weeks later we would invoice for the second.
Once the 3-month period is over, Nomadux will invoice monthly.
The cancellation policy is simple and transparent, we only require a two-week notice period in writing, and we will provide a full refund of any remaining hours that are left in your account balance
Our payment methods
‘TransferWise’ is an excellent low-cost option to make payments in the US to the Nomadux ‘TransferWise’ US account.
There are two different methods our clients can
take advantage of:
1) Clients can open up their own ‘Transfer Wise’ account by visiting: www.transferwise.com and then use the funds in their USD Balance ‘Wallet’ to send payments to the Nomadux ‘TransferWise’ account
2) Clients can simply send payments from their normal US based local bank account, to the Nomadux ‘TransferWise’ account in the US, and these transfers are treated just like local US bank to US Bank transfers.
‘Plastiq’ is a very convenient way for clients to pay using their credit card, should they wish to choose this payment option.
The flat rate fee is 2.85% for payments using this option, and the payments can be sent to either the Nomadux ‘TransferWise’ account in the US, or to the Nomadux Corporate Bank account – Banco Nacional
‘Banco Nacional’ is the National Bank of Costa Rica, and Nomadux has a corporate account here.
The cost for sending payment from the US varies from bank to bank in the US, however generally the International wire transfer fees are between $20 - $35 per transfer. Transfers from the US are very safe and secure, and depending upon the US bank, generally arrive into our account within 1-3 days.
Our client account updates
Clients regularly receive a breakdown of their hours used and hours remaining in their account.
Updates are sent after each agent pay period, and also on an interim basis upon requests from clients. Some updates may be accompanied by an invoice, should the client’s hours balance in their account be running low.
The detailed agent performance reports are shown in the client’s dialer and can be accessed by the client at any time.
Nomadux has their own internal reporting system where agents complete a daily tracker which contains all the key performance calling metrics, and this can be shared with the client as required
