  • Preparing detailed interviewing criteria, and associated documentation for the rigorous review of each candidate we select for an interview and put forward, in line with our client’s specific needs
  • Drafting of advertisements and posting on job sites.
  • Contacting suitable candidates via the use of our very extensive candidate data base, covering a wide range of industry sectors, including I.T/technology, contact center professionals, architects, engineers , sales professionals, accountants, lawyers, medical professionals, retails sector professionals, and other key sectors, in addition to consultants, contractors and temporary staff
  • Receiving, analyzing, and selecting applicant’s CV’s.
  • Conducting in depth and detailed job interviews with selected candidates and using a selection of different psychometric tests where required.
  • Specific analysis of the key characteristics for each specific position. These can include responsiveness, comprehension, adaptability, self-control, tolerance to frustration, determination, sociability, position/job related technical skills, academic level of education, emotional intelligence, resourcefulness, resilience, etcetera
  • Preparation, and delivery of detailed reports of the best candidates for each position complete with detailed personality disc tests.

Nomadux will provide up to 3 different search and candidate selection rounds for each job role, so if the client is not satisfied with the final candidates that Nomadux presents during the first round, we will offer a second, and then if required a third round of candidates (please note that we have a 90%+ success rate of providing appropriate candidates during the first round to our clients) all included in the initial assignment fee. After the third round, if the client requires more candidates, will discuss a mutually beneficial agreement to continue with the project.

Also, if the chosen candidate does not meet the job requirements during the initial three-month probation period, Nomadux will source a replacement, at no additional cost to the client. This unique guarantee emphasizes the great advantage of using our services. The guarantee applies when Nomadux has exclusivity of the assignment.
